Is it best to totally remove the rear fenders and cut a hole in the fender welt for the body bolt to go through? Or another way I've been told is to leave the fenders on, just cut a vertical slit all the way down the welt where each bolt is, slide it down between the fender and body, then tighten.
Don't know which would give a better, long-lasting fit.
