Those Champion coupes are soooo cool. [] The paint on this one looks like you could walk into it. I have admired these cars ever I saw one at the Street Rod Nationals in Memphis years ago that had gold leaf between those trim strips.

The black with the bright red insert was not a standard offering. Of course you could special order most any color if you wanted to pay the extra cost. Studebaker offered a Ruby Red and Maroon combination that was quite attractive.
