I will never get my garage that clean. I have been sanding and primering and cleaning parts on the 56 wagon. And I have to pull the pan on the 48 it's been dribbling oil on the floor. I have a busy winter.

That really is a nice shop, Dave.[^] I'm happy though, just to be able to see parts of the floor in George's shop[:0][B)]

Hey, when you're done with that '56 wagon, you can start on mine.

That car sure looks pretty in the Quonset light.

Be sure to post pics of the show.

This thread encourages me to take one more Studebaker drive before winter sets in since it is unusually warm here also. All car shows ended here about 3 weeks ago.

Nice shop, very nice car. []

If that was a picture in my polebarn there'd be a pile of parts and junk about 10 ft high right behind the camera man. It would take me a week just to clear out an area that big.

As Dick said, please post pix.

              Dave,

Sheba is looking great, If you don't take her out during the winter make sure you go into the hut and stroke her pistons weekly. My baby is primed and ready for paint and Michael is porting the heads now. He will start with engine build soon and then remove body to strip chassis for sand blasting and powder coating. I'm hopeful she will be ready by summer. I'm going to try and work on my metal shop building this winter and spring and get it all spruced up (racedeck tiled floor) so my gal will have a nice place to rest between frequent rides.

Great pictures. I have loved Studes for 50 years and know them well but please tell me about that quonset!! My first Studebaker was a '53 and the 53-54s are my all time favorite. How 'bout a picture of your car with the "hut" in the backround. Too cool. Huck

Thanks for the pics. I have never seen an Edsel ranchero before. That is so cool.

I think that Trunk award looks much better than gold-chrome-and garnet trophies!! Very rewarding momento.

Re: The Edsel Ranchero. I grew up in Dearborn and when the Edsel was new, there was a Ranchero version driving around town. Not sure if it was a prototype but many people said or thought it was. Huck

Geez Dave, that shop is so uncluttered and clean, I wish I were closer so I could bring the Transtar by to mess it up a little. [}]
