  • Karma Time -giveaway inside!- Winner Announcement

OK using the random number generator at www.random.org the winner is......................

Lenny R2!!! I'll be sending you an email shortly.

OK, here is the deal. I have gotten a ton of help and info off of this site from the short time I have been a member, so I figure its time to give a little something back. Also, things have been going pretty good in general so I want to keep my Karma loaded up so to speak

So.... I am going to give the book pictured below to some lucky member. It is a hardback book that I picked up somewhere along the line titled "Classic Cars of the World" lots of great pics and write-up of cars from the very early days to more modern stuff. No dedicated Stude write-ups but it does have one on the Packard Hawk and also one on Raymond Loewy. 416 pages in very good condition.

If your interested, just reply to this topic and Sunday night sometime I will announce a winner. The winner will be determined by picking a random number from the number of posters and if it matches your post number you win! I'll email you for a shipping address. For example if 20 people sign up I'll use a random number generator to pick a number between 1 and 20 if I pick the number 8 and you were the 8th person to post you win! Pretty simple

    GOOD LUCK!!

            Hi:
I guess I'm number 5. I had a Packard Hawk a long time ago, so that makes the book more interesting to me.

            Thanks

Dan, you're a "perfect 10". I'll settle for #11, but if I win, I reserve the right to give it to another number.

I guess that I am number 14. I have many car books, but not that one. That is a nice gesture that you are making.
