"This is only a partial listing of employees and this list refers only to those people who had patent agreements with Studebaker and Packard. What I can gather from the preceeding paragraphs was a roll call of all blue collar employees who had access to 'top secret' projects, information, etc.; whether they swept the floors in the Engineering building, or factory workers in the Foundry pouring 340 blocks.[8D] Nowadays, we would refer to this as protection of Intellectual Property rights.
