    We sent our Studebaker nameplate in to be copied and the company
    claims they lost it. We are now looking for one. If you or someone
    you know has one that would be interested in selling it please

      You might want to consider contacting both the American Driving Society and the Carriage Assoication of America. Both can assist you in replacing your maker's plate. My sympathies with your loss. A Studebaker plate is going to cost you. We are the lesser of the Auto collector's and the greater of the Carriage collectors.

        Would a high-resolution photo of such a plate be sufficient if any members out there have a carriage tag to photograph? Or you could contact the Studebaker National Museum and see if they can help in any way.
