While I really like convertibles, IMHO, the roofline on th 53/54/55 MAKES the car. Without the roof, something is lost.

I too, think it's airbrushed. Still a pretty proposal tho. And I wonder just how well that back glass WOULD fit - in place of the C-K windshield???
Something bugs my artistic eye tho. Seems I ought to be able to see JUST the end tip of the left rear fender over the decklid. I'll have to go squint at my coupe and see if I'm right.

It's not airbrushed, guys - it's computer generated from scratch by a graphic artist from Brazil named Dan Palatnik. Just happens he's one of my idols. His website starts out in Portuguese and is Not Safe For Dialup but I guarantee everybody on this forum will find something worth looking at there: http://www.palat.com.br/ilust.html

OK, modern day "air brushed". I did look at his website and the images are impressive. The rear view of this L-body is even more inspiring than the front view.[]

Cool web site. I particularly liked the 1947 Toyopet and 1957 Prince Skyline. Definitely some Studebaker styling cues stolen there.
By the way, can you even use a rear window as a windsheild? Isn't it the wrong kind of glass for that application? It does look good though.
