The 63 white Avanti R-2 auto belongs to Ian Mackellar and is for sale here in California, it was in cedar Rapids for the national with Ian driving it most of the time and even on the right side of the road, fact is Ian has been over here so much and has driven on the US highways a lot of miles that is it 2nd nature now...Bob

I dunno- I think that sigpic could be just a little bit bigger.
Most are smaller, but for as much as we're gonna see it~
we should get to see each gain of salt, right?

I'm also thinkin' that anytime I'm goin' more then about 5 mph~
I sorta kinda like to watch where I'm goin'!!! [:0]

But maybe that is just me [?] [?] [?]

Out there it doesn't mater what you are watching nothing out there to hit, and at that time I was either just sitting there or was just going past Ian, as for the size I felt lucky to get it on as it is new to me...Bob

You had all that salt to yourself? Great. I know some folks who thought they had lots of flightline to themselves once-
they died when they ran into an airplane because they were not watching where they were going.
Your title did make it sound like you were moving~ very fast. Sorry for the confusion.

I know you know how to do the pic thing right~
your last one was much smaller.

Poor dial-up guys~ I feel for you all...

Someone drove that car through a bunch of salt. ;)

Normal Studebakers would rust in those conditions.

We have driven on the salt a couple of time and this trip the salt was a little softer then the past and we got more spray from it, it all cleans off ok, I kind of like my large picture, lets take a vote, new topic..Bob

I like the pic on the salt Bob.[^] I think they had it in mind when they built them.

And Matt, You won't ever see the rust on the side of an Avanti. ;)
