        Dick,
Studebaker International has a later version. I don't know what year it is....There were 2 different versions on ebay recently.
        Thanks,
        Ken

I've seen SI's and it doesn't match anything I've seen that was original on a GT Hawk. It's just kind of generic.

If no one has blank NOS ones or repoped ones, does anybody have a used one they can loan me?

My pleasure! I've tried to recall where I got that tag. It MAY have been off a really decrepit 61 that I looked at about 4 or 5 years ago. OR, it might have come from an old fella here locally that invited me to clean out everything Studebaker that I could find in his garage. Took me a day and two trips of the Transtar to collect it all.[:I]

                        Dick,
I got a package of four on Ebay last week. I only needed one for my 63 GT. One of them
is yours is you want it. No charge.
Where the image is black-it is gold colored. The scanner got too much reflection
                        from the brass.

I hope that car is no longer out there.........As the tag numbers were assigned by Studebaker and not part of the cars numbering system.....My car has now assumed that number....That way I know it was a real number.
