...said to be a Champion, which of course it can't be and also be a '38! The roofline looks Chevyesque to me but that's likely because it's lowered. Am thinking it's one of the last Dictators; certainly doesn't look like a '39 Champion...

Ran across this while nosing round online in search of a Champ for sale; course the search engine pulls in all the Champions as well...!

IF he started with a Studebaker he certainly managed to hide it. It looks more like a GM product to me too.
