can anyone help me locate at least the year of my truck ,or complete info for M15A-20 ser#10868?

I am not a truck expert.
I believe that your truck is a one ton between the years 1946 and 1948.
There are others here with more definitive information on your truck. Hopefully, they will chime in soon.

It would be a 1946 model. The first M15A serial number for 1946 was 6401 and the ending number for '46 was 12414.

I believe you can get the production order for your truck from the Studebaker National Museum. This will tell you the date it was made, how it was originally equipped, and sometimes who it was shipped to.

Those M15A20's were pretty neat. 1 ton long bed pickup (120" wheelbase). Champion 6 engine. Not many survived.
