Anyone notice the number of R series Hawks on ebay right now!

The last one in your listing (vin63V-10419) was originally a R2 series Hawk (non-packaged) listed in the JT Registry. Unless the motor was switched out, it is probably not advertised properly.

It has a column shift automatic and no R badges. Could you order an R car with column shift?

Yes. HD FOM (column shift) was an option.

Here's the PO from my '63 R1...

This GT Hawk (63V10419) was previously listed on Ebay ending April 25th, as a 1962...with different pics taken in a showroom.

I show it in my JTS listings as engine JTS 232, owned by Tom Kazale Jr. The current posting does state factory Paxton Supercharges and shows engine pics.

Well it looks like the interest in R series Hawks maybe a bit soft at the moment. The R2s only brought around $15K give or take, not making reserve, and the R1 did not even break $6K!
