I'm one of those that does not like change.
I didn't use a computer until I had to, but
I must admit I'm coming around.
What I'm getting to is this forum.
I resently purchased a '63 Avanti.
I had a '72 one time and if I remeber correcty
the serial # was on the door hinge post like any
other Studebaker I've had. But I couldn't find it
on this '63. What to do? I just went to the forum
"search" and within a couple of minutes I found where
to look. I went out to the garage, popped the hood,
and sure enough, there it was just as they said it would
be. On the right side of the frame, back by the #8 cly.
