Go to www.bradpennracing.com and www.amref.com for information on the availability of motor oil containg ZDDP.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Racing oil was not effected by the decreased limits of ZDDP (Brad Penn is considered racing oil). Any oil that is 20W is considered racing oil. So if you buy Mobil 1, any Shell oil, or any other brand that is 20W50, it should have the old limits of ZDDP (unless that oil company was trying to say money).

Redline and Amsoil are also supposed to be racing oil if I remember correctly, so even their 10W30 should have all of the ZDDP. Check out the companies website and specs for the oil you want. The ZDDP should have at least 1500PPM of zinc. Some has 1600PPM of zinc.
