Cars for Kids 2009

As a consolation for missing the Stude Drags, we went to the Memorial Day Cars for Kids event in Harrisburg, IL this weekend. Met the Stidmans and saw their Studes. They sent a pic to me of their cars at the show and I promised I would post it for them.



I'll let them tell you about the cars and add more details. After a rainy start, today went really well. The best news is the track will be opening on a more regular basis soon.

With the track open, I'm guessing your Avantis will get more exercise!
BTW, my '64 no longer has points! Dropped in a rebuilt distributer from Mr. Cathcart with the Pertronics module! Thanks again for your help!
