What exactly do they do on Carb Day and would it be worth the trip?

Carb day is a a open practice and team pit stop practice.
Last time I went you could sit anywhere and walk thru
Gasolene Alley. Lots of action and not large crowds.

Several things happen: last chance for all the cars to get out and practice in the pack with their race set up; later a pit stop competition; then about mid afternoon it turns into a rock show. Its first come first serve on seats except suites; great view from the upper level penthouse seats across from the pits; lots of celebs; bring ear plugs.Comment
