Saw it too. They didn't go as far back as the wheelbarrow beginning, but it was a great highlight. [^]

        The 'show' is interesting...
Barry McGuire has found a venue to go to all the big shows and rub elbo's with the automotive elite collectors..Cool deal, huh?
And he does know a lot of people..
He's careful to always have the company logo in the background, so the infomercial aspect is always close by.
Not a bad thing, and not rammed at you...
But I wonder how long the show will last (or how the format will change) now that the family has sold the company to 3M.
Is Barry part of the sale pac\kage to 3M?
Will 3M put their sterile corporate mentality stamp all over the wax company?
        Time will tell...
But in the meantime, I still like to see the exuberance that Barry shows on camera[]
Just an observation from a DWG guy[}]

I wondered the same thing, but he seems to me making new shows and he's pretty well kknown so I'd guess that he made himself and his pet project part of the deal on a personal services contract for X many years.

3M isn't dumb, I'd guess they'll use Barry to promote the consumer product line. During my recent trip to England, I see that Meguires is being heavily promoted...and is becoming big in sponsoring events there as well.

I meet Barry at Barrett-Jackson a few years ago...he's always like that....wonder what he eats...or maybe it's too much coffee.
