What suspension and steering parts from a '60 Lark VIII wagon would interchange with a '55 C/K, control arms, uprights, springs? TIA.

Everything except the Reach Rod, Pitman Arm and Steering Gear (Box).
The springs will a have a slightly different rate, but no big deal.
If you followed the path from the center bellcrank through to the wheels, including all in-between you pretty much got it!
