Interior Question

I have been working on the 51 Commander 4dr, and I have a question. I had a spot on the seat, and when I washed it the stain came out, but when it dried I now have an ugly waterspot. The interior is all original and a light color, I'm sick about this, does anyone now how I can get this stain out?

Is it a waterspot, or is it a clean spot, and the rest of the seat dirty? Be sure and use deionized water to clean with. If it is an oil spot, Energine, or Goof Off might take it out.
