  • First Post : Need a 60 Lark RF fender and molding

Hello to all. After a 17 year break I am a Stude owner one aagain! I picked up nice little Lark for my daughter and I am in search of a right front fender as well as the right front molding. Fortunately, the rest of the body is straight and the rest of the trim is all present. Let me know if you can help me. Thanx for the read -jason in SoCal

You should give Bill Oliver a call in LOng Beach-562-435-3782. He may have just what you need. If not there are some others here in the forum that I'm sure would be able to assist.

Cool, Jason. Good to have you back, and to hear your daughter will keep the faith.
The steel fenders do show up at swap meets on occassion, and on Ebay at outrageous prices. Fiberglass repros are now readily available.

            Jason,
            Welcome back to the fold.
I would suggest that one of the places to try would be SASCO in Greenfield, Indiana.
They have a website & I remember visiting them during the '07 International Meet. At that time, they still had Lark trim. I'm not sure of sheet metal parts, but what the heck, it never hurts to ask.

              Jason,
My mistake. SASCO is in South Bend. Studebaker International is
              in Greenfield.
              Sorry for the mixup.

                  Jason - Welcome. I'm in Visalia and I have a fender for a '60 Lark W/trim.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! It is a 1960 2 door sedan with a flat six. My previous Stude was a 1950 Champion 2 door sedan and I would saw off my right arm to have it back. Now that my baby making years are over I have the fever for Studes again. I won't rest until I have everyone in the house behind the wheel of a Studie. If everything goes as planned there will be six of them in my driveway within the next 10 years or so. The hardest part will be getting one with working A/C for the ol' lady
