  • 1930's parts needed - York is coming!

I'm still looking for parts to build my replica 1932 Indy car. I'll be at York. Has anyone got any of the stuff below or know of someone I should call? I haven't had any responses over at the Antique Studebaker site.

    Front axle: 1932-33 President (model 91, 92) , p/n 174044, with spindles.

Rear axle: 1929-33 Commander, ideally with 3.07-3.73 ratio. This is the type where the ring and pinion carrier bolts in, not later Spicer/Dana type.

Ross steering box, casting number 222994

Engine: 1935-37 Commander/President 8, 250 cu in, with side water pump. Looking for a (mostly) complete engine, running is even better.

See you at York - but let me know if I need my trailer to haul back some heavy stuff!

If you have anything to bring back I may be able to help you. I am bringing back two engines for Cathcart and a windshield, but I could probably fit some other stuff in my Sonoma.
