  • Our Studebaker blog has come a long way!

We started our Studebaker blog a little over a year ago and added a ticker to count the number of "hits" we have to our site. As of tonight, we are 4 hits short of reaching the 10,000 mark. To us, that's pretty exciting, considering that the site was started simply to document the work on our truck. As time has passed and our love for Studebakers has grown, we have added other posts to showcase other Studes we have either seen in person or heard about.

Last September, we added a map function that allows us to track the states and countries our viewers check in from. We thought we would share the results, as it is such a testimonial for the wide range of Studebaker people out there in the world. We hope they are having as much fun with their Studes as we are with ours and all of yours. Thanks again for your continued support as we learn more about these fascinating vehicles and the people who drive them! (For those of you who haven't visited the blog and would like to, the link is always included in our signature).

Say, that is a very nice blog, you guys. As bright and colorful as it is, perhaps you should be doing website development full-time! BP

John and Tracy that just goes to show you what a small world it is when it comes to Studebakers sorry the wagon didn't work but the trip is always fun to do, when you are done running around looking for a good car you might want to check out my 1057 Packard Clipper on e-bay right now, supercharged and all reserve is not high either and you can talk to Chuck Collins about it as I got it from at the last zone meet in AZ.............Bob

I send your blog to all my friends and ex-co workers all over the world along with mine. So i'm not suprised about some of them. I am dissapointed that it don't show the different counties in the russian federation seperatly. As i know some folks in Usbeckastan and Kazakhstan look at it. As have the croat and the serb who are now in Nigeria Dubia. Your famous semi-famous in Guam. And it looks like the Canadians have adopted you. You guys are going to have to go on tour pretty soon.

                    John & Tracy,
I also didn't know that you had a blog. I logged onto it and was very impressed. I voted for the Lark. I'm kind of partial to Larks.
It was nice to recognize Leonard Shepard as you did. He adds a great deal to our enjoyment of the Studebaker hobby.
I also read Leonard's comments on the AACA forum.

                      Hi John and Tracy

I like your blog and kind of tried to emulte it a bit when creating mine; you know, kind of casual and fun.

I do have a question, how did you manage the counter? Is it a separate feature?
