              This is my '62 Lark Regal convertible in the snow, when it was owned by the late Carl Shontz. I think these pics were taken in the early 1980, and are snapshots that I scanned.

              I know this is not much snow by Nothern standards, but for a Southern town like Winston-Salem NC, it pretty much paralyzes travel.

              Not pretty artsy pics like some of the others, but honest Studebaker-in-the-snow pictures!

                  These were taken last week:



                  Funny thing about a 40 yr old carbureted driver in the wintertime that has a blower. People ask me, well, how well does it run? Other than a couple of minutes for the engine to come to temperature, which is no big deal, it runs great, in fact with the belt driven compressor and the cold air, it runs better than great. I get a better kick in the rear out of this thing on the highway than the other 9 months of year.... [)]
