  • 1947 Commander toy item

Here's a cute item a lot of you might like. It's from Tintin. I guess you can buy it. There's a link here to a page where you can see a couple different views by putting your mouse over the picture (and the comic strip picture). Anybody here speak French?

and a place that sells it: http://store.tintin.com/en/index.cfm...160&cat_up=132

It looks like if you're over 77 years old this toy's not for you.

These are neat models. My friend has a whole set.

I bought the 1953 cope one from Steve Grant. Guess I will order this one.

They cost $31.23 US from the site unless there is a US site.

Those are very nice. I bought both the 47 and the 53 on ebay from a seller in China. Didn't have too much trouble getting them. Unfortunately those guys are attached to the side of the 47. I don't think the 47 is described as a Studebaker else they would probably sell more of them. I had a few Tintin books when I was young and always liked them.

Why does it take two service men to put air into the tire?

It's France, they're telling dirty stories? They're Siamese twins, attached at the hand?
