  • Studebaker spotting- Boston Globe 11/14/08

On the Music pages of the daily Boston Globe magazine today (11/14/08) was a picture of three members of the band "Litle Joy". The organizer of the group came from another group called the Strokes, though I confess I don't know the sounds of either group.

But, suddenly I stopped to stare at the big picture before flipping the page - hey, that's a Studebaker they're leaning on! Looks like a 4-door sedan, '63-'65. Someone here will be able to tell exact year from the trim. Does this car belong to anybody here?

Neat! Looks like a 64-65 Cruiser (or was it the Daytona that had the all-silver side spears?). It isn't a 66, as those had the side trim much lower on the doors. In any event...good spotting!
