I just got a screen for the right side and now looking for the left side vent screen. It is the molded screen that mounts on the inside.
I have looked at all the sources for the standard vendors. found a couple at Tom's Parts Bus in South Bend but the screens were damaged.
Some folks have said they have seen NOS or like NOS at swap meets.
Anyone have a line on one
thanks

Left.... is that the one that's got a bulge to it to accomodate the handle shaft?

I have one in a K body I cut up. If you have no luck elsewhere I could cut it out.

Mike, it you're looking for the "screen assembly" that gets spot-welded to the inner Lt. cowl panel, then I do have an extra NOS for you. BUT ...if you really want[:p] it bad, itís going to cost you really "Big Time" though!:D

Total is $20. (including shipping to the address you email me through this Forum.) Make your $20. check payable to the "Studebaker National Foundation" and follow the instructions on this link:

http://www.studebakerdriversclub.com/SNF_donations.htm

Might just be the best $20 bucks you ever spent ...and its tax deductible to boot!!!;):D

In my '53 the screen itself is only held on with four screws.

It is held in with four screws. Not sure if the 50 is the same but seems like Stude had the side vent for a lot of years. Does someone know if it is the same as the 1950 model?

Here is a picture of what I need. Is this the same as the 1950 one? If so, let me know how I can get it.
