Sure looks like a GOOD candidate to start with! I like that rad cap ornament. Reminds me of the Austins that had a big A with a wing trailing back.[^]

Wow! I've heard of guys who've rebuilt rare cars starting with just a fender and frame, but a complete one like this sure is the way to go!
