Hopefully starting it up and bringing it to it's new home this weekend. registered on title as a 1953 Studebaker. Reo and Studebaker did the federal contact on the orders.

Cool! Does this one have the multi-fuel engine, or a regular Diesel? These M35 series trucks are quite plentiful, and plenty of parts are available. Aside from the maker's plate, there is precious little Studebaker about them, but military vehicles are interesting and worth preserving in their own right.

Military Vehicle Magazine is well worth having if you are an owner of any MV. Search that name on the Web, and you should come across their Website.

Yep most of it's Reo not Studebaker "But" their a part of History just the same. This has the Gas motor in it. Most of them were converted and updated to diesel and multi fuel in the 60's.
