  • Personalized Antique Vehicle Plates

The time has come to settle on the numbers/letters I want displayed on the '63 R2. Sure could use some help. It is the turquoise car in my sig. I'd like it to reflect what the car is, the Rabid Snail Racing team, or the like. Suggestions?

    Be more specific...
How many letters, numbers, spaces, and dashes do you get in your state?

      or
      1 thru 99 plus 4 letters

That makes no sense at all! If you are paying the BIG bucks for a personalized plate it should be like in Calif. where you get what you paid for...your choice! You could get Avanti in 6 letters, why do you need NUMBERS? Dumb! Some of these politicians need to get some common sense!
You can't make a word out of 4 letters!

Well you could Rich but I don't think Jim's DMV would approve!! I know the law of the land in Illinois certainly doesn't!! [)] [)]

FASTR2. (I noticed the above suggestions all have 7 characters, and Jim's explanation only allows for 6.

                  AVNTR2.

                  RS63R2.

I believe you can have an Illinois license plate with all letters but it costs a lot more. I know that was the rules when I lived there.
