    There was a link to an excellent how-to on fixing front fender rust. I can't find it. Does anyone have the link handy? [?]

        That AC installation is BEAUTIFUL. Especially the compresson/alternator. And you make it sound soooo simple.

          I took Ray's advice, trying to add A/c to my '53. Mounted the Sanden in the generator bracket and fitted a small Bosch alternator to a fabricated bracket to manage the low hood clearance. I'm fitting an Artic-Car evaporator from 1962 and will soon be running hoses.

          Couldn't have done it myself without Ray.
