57' truck 289 Valve Cover ???

What color, and decals should Bud's engine have, right now everything is turquis, Blah. I think the covers should be black, but what decals should it have, there are several availible.

Also, engine paint Brush on or aresol?? My motor is already painted but needs some touch up, I think a brush would be easier to touch up. Durability the same??

3E Transtar engines were turquoise until late in the '57 model year, then they switched to silver/gray with black valve covers, oil filler caps, air cleaner, etc. December 1995 TW, page 9 has the details.
