Does GA have pollution testing for 1985 vehicles? I have a Pick up we want to give to a clooege student in Carrollton,GA.

Not state wide,YET. But I'm sure, eventually it will be. In Carroll County, IMMIC, no emmissions test is required. Tag it in your state of residence, if there is a question. That's what most folks do. If it is tagged out of state, no emmisions test is required anyway. Hope this helps.
