  • 101 Cars You Must Drive on Speed Channel

Coming June 23, a new show hosted by Alonzo Bodden(Last Comic Standing 3 in 2004) which is a take off from Motor Trend's 365 Cars You Must Drive. The show apparently looks at some of the most memorable, strangest, and history making automobiles since the birth of the automobile.

Now, I bring this up in that during a preview I saw today on Speed, for a brief 1/1000 of a second, I caught a brief mental snapshot of what appeared to be a 57 Golden Hawk going by with the host in tow. So the series will appear to take a look at one of our own in the series. As they say, stay tuned.....[8]

There is a book out about it (though I can't recall if it was 365 or 101, I believe the former)...and the 1963 Avanti was listed.

If I recall the title was "365 cars to drive before you die" or thereabouts. I remember a entry on the super Lark.

On Monday July 14, the Golden Hawk is sharing the spotlight with a Plymouth Superbird. According to my Satellite TV Guide, those are the only 2. The Hawk should get some coverage.
