I wasn't able to budge any but one rear bumper bolt today. So I added more seafoam after heat, and started playing around with a rusty rocker.
It looks like where the rocker attaches at the bottom, there are three pieces of sheet metal that line up: the outer rocker, vertical panel and inner rocker.
Does that vertical piece that forms a wall from the inner rocker up to the bottom of the floor pan come with the CE inner rocker pieces? Or is it so simple to form that they don't bother?
Unfortunately, when I got the sill plate off, I find a sma;ll piece of carpet remaining. It was rusted through underneath that. One more hole to fix. The rest of the floor seems good except right above the body supports in front and back.
