Heart of Virginia Festival

My sister and I went to the Heart of Virginia Festival today in Farmville, Virginia where my Mother was raised. There was a car show and in the show was a 57 Golden Hawk. I couldn't find the owner, but I left a note in his car. The car had Texas plates.







Also in the show was a multi-carb six cylinder Mustang! [:0]

The car belongs to Keith Jones of Abilene Motor Express here in Richmond. I found the car in Houston for him 4-5 years ago. Keith grew up southwest of Farmville in Charlotte County. I used to go the festival each year and run the 10K race from Hampden-Sydney College to Longwood College. (See my post on the Stove Huggers Forum under "Cool Diamond T trucks").
