I just called SASCO to see if I could get a '61 Lark hood for my mildly customized '62 Lark. I discovered that the '61 Lark hoods sold out last year... I even had transport back to Nebraska

I'll call tomorrow afternoon for a better 62 Lark hood than I have right now... I'm just bummed out right now

Well, anyone know of a good used 61 Lark hood in the midwest (IA/NE area)? Never hurts to ask

What I often wonder about is when I look up a part number on the SASCO website and it comes back as available and having a price only to hear back from them that it is NLA. Is it really NLA or is it CFI (can't find it)

Do you know how SASCO's inventory works in relation to the website John? For example, just ordered the upper and lower grille pieces for my 1957 Packard Clipper. The computer shows them available and gave a price. The sheet with my shippment says NLA.

With SASCO and SI if it doesn't show online call them.The have a lot of items that are not listed in inventory. NOS sheet metal and trim items are getting scarce though. I wouldn't throw out anything that can be repaired or straightened, It may be all we have to work with in the future.
