  • CRUISER MEMBER - NO!

Just noticed that I am now past the 100 post category - a Cruiser member - but I have a Daytona, I KNOW that the Daytona was a level below the Cruiser! O.K. O. K. I'll deal with it.

Think how I feel... (and many other happy Stude Truck owners) no how hard one might try, you can never become a "TRANSTAR" or "CHAMP" member. [V]

Hmmmmm.....since I have 924 (Golden Hawk) I find myself "Stude less" at
this point. The closest thing to a "Golden Hawk" near here, is one of our
resident Bald Eagles pairs, that nest in one of our trees. I was a "Champion"
when I had the 53 Champion and a "Cruiser" when I had the 64 Daytona....
So may be some day.....I can only dream.

Hey - how come the designations start at "Champion" and you get to go "up" the ladder after that? I LIKE Studebaker Champions! I WANT Studebaker Champions. More than Commanders(!)
I suppose some "stuff" from other clubs would hit the fan if we started the newbies at "Pinto", then graduated them to "Mustang II", then "Rambler American", then "ChevyII" and finally "STUDEBAKER UBER ALLES" at the top.
I don't see a "'31 Four Seasons Roadster" or "L5 Coupe-Express with overdrive" (my favourite) at the top OR a "Scotsman" at the bottom!!!
Hurray for Champions! Who wants to be called a Golden Hawk - ptui![)]

I feel your pain!! How 'bout a c-body Hawk member? Or 'finned Hawk ' member? Or even a 'silver Hawk' member. Be glad there's no 'Dictator' member though!

I think a Conestoga level would be perfect for some of the more "chronologically experienced" members
