I seen references to people having their 1930s hubcaps reskinned ( for artillary wheels). Does anyone know who does this or who I can contact to find out about it?

Richard Quinn does a great repop of a Dictator and President hubcap.
He advertises in TW, too. Hope the info helps.

I don't believe Richard's reproductions are for artillery wheels. Those would snap in to the hub, rather than over it.Brad Johnson,
