  • Kent Moore Tool

I have a Kent Moore J-6315 tool. I've looked it up in a 1960 Kent Moore Special Tools Catalog. It lists the number, but not have an illustration, or use information. Anybody know it's Studebaker application?

J-6315 is listed as a 'Transmission Bench Stand' for all Flightomatic.

Sounds like that is just a Holding Stand Fixture, to mount the Case on the work bench while Assembling it?

I'm not able to scan right now, but there is a picture of it on page 92 of the Flighto section of the shop manual.

Those are handy, but can be a finger smasher!
