Models such as Land Land Cruiser,Commander, Daytona, Challenger were all found on other makes well after Studebaker shut down auto production in March of 1966. Hagerty has a nice little piece on this at:

Don't choose to post there on the Hagerty site, but it was said in the comments that the 1955 Commander has President trim. Not. Regal Deluxe trim. No President hood ornament or top of front fender spears. It does have some nice spoked wheels.
