How to contact Fred Fox who repairs Stude pocket watches

I've been trying to contact Fred Fox who is from Dayton, OH who repairs Studebaker pocket watches. I sent him two watches quite a while ago. He has the watches and bought two new main springs but didn't want to install the main springs because his hands are no longer stable. I asked him to return the watches and parts to me and I would have them repaired here. He said he would do that but I haven't received anything from him.

Does anyone know him, and if so can you contact him and see about my watches? I don't know if he is ill or has moved. I've called him a number of times recently and only get his answereing machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I sent him a watch several years ago and it took a year, with the help of the (Then) Arbiter, to get my unrepaired watch returned. I reported it so no members would have the same problems but I see his ad was never removed and apparently nothing was done.
