  • Cutting keys from Key numbers on production orders

Is there someone in our Studebaker community who can cut keys using the key numbers from a production order?

'58 Packard Hawk. A partially restored car that was not completely assembled.

The Older Locksmith Shops can do that for you, if they still have the old conversion charts.
The easiest, cheapest and best method if you can, is just have a good working Key Copied onto a New Studebaker Vendor Key Blank.

If you have the Production Order Key Codes, you cannot always be sure the Car still has all 5 of those same locks.

      What Rich said.
Except in the case of most trucks and earlier cars that did not have a keyed door lock on the driver side. Those only had 4 tumblers.
