I tried the free members ad in the Turning Wheels to find a heater cover, and I got a few replies from obvious scammers. There is one however that I do not know if it is legit or not. Does anyone know if Anita Williams from Georgia is a regular vendor or not.
As much as I have reservations about E-Bay, they do offer at least some protection from scams.

If she is in Marietta, GA there is a pretty good chance she is an SDC Member, there is a Gloria & Bob and also a Suzana both live in different parts of Town.

Probably not a "Regular Vendor", just someone selling excess Parts.

What is a "Heater Cover"?

Is that the tin shield that covers the under floor Heater Core on '47 to '58's and '53 to '62 C, K and Hawks?

Or maybe the Heater Core Box on '59-'61 Larks, '60-'64 Champs and '63-'64 GT Hawks?

Either one, is very readily available everywhere in SDC Land.

I don't know but it has happened to me as well. Fortunately they were a bit clumsy and I spotted the scam immediately.

Yep, I just Logged out and went to the Main Page, found the Aug. 2018 Turning Wheels Classified Ads, and could read them without even Logging in! OH, Oh!
