  • Needed... Hi Tone, (I think), Spartan Horn - '56 Hawk

I am in need of the oval cover Spartan Horn which I believe it the Hi Tone as opposed to the mating horn which has a flatter cover. Anyone know of or have such a rarity?

    TIA

    JT in Austin, TX

Well thanks but no cigar... The original was left out in the weather inadvertently and the only thing salvageable was the cover. The inside was a solid mass of rust and went into the scrap pile a few years ago...

The Domed Cover Horns are correct for a '56 and should be Delco, flat covers are newer Hawk Type, NOT '56.

Also the Hi & Lo should match.

Let's add to the topic even more. These are the two horns that were formerly on my 56J before I replaced them with Delcos. These are marked Auto-Lite but look a lot like type Cs.
