  • 1950 Commander Inlet and Exhaust manifold needed.

    Hi all,
I am in the process of recommissioning a 1950 Commander Starlight coupe that has 29k original miles on it that I bought in Holland a few months back.

Yesterday I removed the manifold set and found a bit of a dodgy repair that has been done to the inlet manifold where one of the corners has cracked off.

Do any of you guys out there have an excellent set you could sell me and post to the UK ?

I am well aware that postage is going to be brutal, but when you play cars out of US environs you get belted for that privilege.

I do have a spare set from a 1937 car, but am unsure if they will fit, but was keeping this for my 1939 Commander which has a similar problem.

Personally I would like an excellent set to go on this very original car. Let me know if you have something your prepared to let go and post in my direction.

    Regards and thanks
    Greg

Why not just replace the intake, and save much on shipping?

I'm looking for an exhaust for my 1950 Commander, as the heat riser is missing parts.
