frame

I am looking to modify the steering on my hawk and need a frame to
use as a jig to set it up. Does anyone have one within reasonable driving distance of Balt. Md have one they will part with. Rust doesn't matter as long as front is straight and intact. In fact I could use the front half if some one has that.
