  • Another Studebaker on the road......

    I got some collectors plates and insurance last week.... been driving all over town with a big grin on my face.... still has an intermittent starting problem.... I ordered a new coil, should be here in a couple of days.

        Do you have the heat shield below your fuel pump? If not, that could be the cause of your starting problem.

                That would be the one that attaches to the top of the pump using the pump's screws. Many are missing. They are reproduced and advertised by Studebaker International (I think).
