  • Hello again everyone (Lark Project)

Hello everyone, after a long absence I'm slowly getting back to prior excitement levels.
Progress is being made, bottom half of car is near completion and I expect the next 9 months will be busy getting the vehicle done for Vegas.

I understand there's been issues with Photobucket so I hope this little photo will enlarge or is at least good enough everyone can see.

Body man is getting all the door seals and trunk seal from me to make sure every item will fit well,

Body gaps are amazingly tight and look great. (3/16)

Wow, thats weird...I was just thinking about this build a couple of days ago! Good to see progress is still happening! Was also thinking about that 2dr sedan 50? bullet nose build that the guy had to build a second custom frame because the DOT inspector did not like his first one...the car was orange, had flip-front and a nice chopped lid...wonder what happend to that build? cheers, junior

                      There’s Paint !

Some paint laid down on ChopStu. Going out there today to take some pictures in person as well as matching interior color to leather.

Daytona Grey Pearl if you feel like google image searching.

That looks great with the seam between the fender and grille panel filled in.

Thanks! I’ll get a picture of the interior color that was sprayed on one, upper door window surround, sometime today.

1 additional clear coat away from being done.

                              Color appears much darker here.
