tie rod end ID question

I have what i think are some NOS tie rod ends, did studebaker use a leather boot that pressed over the swivel. if so what year are we looking at. has Cenpac (?) on the back of them.

Color them "OLD"! At least before 1951.

Yes, 50 or earlier. later ones have a smaller hole (attaching points), and the taper is different also. Another thing they made cheaper and smaller after 50.
