Hey, Just got back from a Road Trip to Visit friends in Iowa, see the eclipse in Missouri, Visit (Studebaker Dan) Dan's Larks in Springfield, check on my little cabin in Arkansas and charge the batteries on my sail boat in Pensacola, Florida. Left MN on 8-18-17 in my 1963 Lark that I bought in 1965 (I rebuilt the engine in 1980 @ 180K miles). Before I left a young career woman said she wanted to go with to see the eclipse. Told her okay if you don't mind traveling with an old fart in the Studebaker. We had a fun trip full of laughs. The eclipse was spellbinding/mystical. She paid for a couple of the motels, the expression on the motel clerk face's was priceless. Somehow I survived it all. The Lark never missed a beat for the 2965 miles. Marlinfish
